Requests by phone or email will not be accepted.

Is this service free?

There is no charge to request books, media items, or test kits, and return postage is included for returning these items to the Azusa campus. The library will also send copies of APU-owned articles via email at no charge.

How long does it take to receive materials?

Dependent upon the item availability, items will be mailed, faxed, or emailed within 2 business days of receipt of your request. ILL books will take a few days longer as those items must first be delivered to APU from the lending library before we are able to ship the item back out.

How long may I keep the material?

You may keep copies of articles. Books are generally loaned for 3 weeks and videos for 2 weeks. Test loan periods are determined by the Library Media Center. Items may be renewed using your online library account. Overdue material will incur fines and blocks on the patron record.
