Information technology and data management capabilities are essential to become an innovative change-ready institution. To effectively employ predictive analytics in University-decision making, significant improvements are necessary to support and extend APU’s current desire to shape an innovative culture, and to become an agile and adaptive organization--one that is able to learn quickly and anticipate changing customer (Faculty, Staff, and Students) satisfaction, identify success factors and contexts, and promote innovation at all levels.
