Biography

Ryan Forsell, MS, LMFT, has spent much of the past 10 years helping emerging adults and their families navigate transitions of deconstruction, identity formation, and restoration from complex trauma. He began his therapeutic career in the world of community mental health, working with a variety of clients ranging from court-mandated youth to adults with severe mental health barriers. In 2017, Forsell simultaneously stepped into a private practice setting, where he has been able to continue cultivating his passions around emerging adults, couples in crisis, and equipping the next generation of clinicians.
