Emily Kemp, MSW, is the director of admissions and student services in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Azusa Pacific University. Her responsibilities include oversight of recruitment, the MSW admissions process, academic advising, student support services, and ensuring program compliance with CSWE EPAS. Kemp’s social work experience includes nonprofit program development, quality assurance and outreach, case management, fund development, and program management. As a program manager, she created, implemented, and oversaw quality program delivery of a community-based maternal mental health program modality for pregnant and parenting mothers. Kemp is a graduate of APU’s MSW program with a specialization in community leadership and program administration. She is committed to equipping and empowering a generation of social work professionals who provide culturally competent, excellent, holistic care, and restoration to the individuals, families, and communities they serve.
