Crystal Alstot, PsyD, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), psychological assessment, and clinical interventions. She is passionate about supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices.

Alstot completed her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in August 2023. Her doctoral dissertation, An Examination of Attachment Issues From the Perspective of Adoptive Parents, reflects her commitment to understanding and improving family dynamics in adoption. She previously earned her Master of Science in Psychology and Child Development from California State University, Stanislaus, graduating with distinction in 2008. Her thesis focused on evaluating the effectiveness of social stories in modifying target behaviors in teenagers with autism. She began her academic journey at Azusa Pacific University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2004.

As a BCBA, Alstot has worked extensively in clinical, school, and home-based settings, specializing in behavioral intervention, psychological assessment, and parent education. She is committed to fostering collaborative learning environments and equipping students with the knowledge and skills to become effective practitioners in the fields of school psychology, school counseling and behavior analysis.
