Supporting You Through Life’s Challenges

The Community Counseling Center (CCC) is a community-based mental health center committed to providing compassionate counseling and assessment services. Treatment is offered for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, including support for life transition dilemmas, crisis-related issues, and disorders of depression and anxiety. Services are provided by master’s- and doctoral-level interns and trainees, and a limited number of licensed professionals, depending on the need. Case management and linkage services are offered by bachelor’s-level students.

The CCC is affiliated with Azusa Pacific University’s School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences, and is staffed by graduate and undergraduate students from the departments of clinical psychology and social work.

Living APU’s Four Cornerstones, the CCC staff and leadership foster humility in service, cultivate training excellence, embrace diversity by respecting each individual, and model God’s love through compassion and value for all.

Our therapists respect each individual’s beliefs and do not impose their personal or religious values upon clients. Clients who are specifically searching for Christian counseling may request that when they call in for services.
