APU’s Department of Organizational Leadership and Communication offers next-level degree programs that cultivate individual leadership for the betterment of organizational health and effectiveness. Housed in the School of Business and Management, the Department offers two Master's degrees in Leadership and Organizational Psychology, and one bachelor's degree in Communication Management.
We teach our students how to lead groups, communicate strategically, and manage conflict —carefully considering others as made in the image of God. Here, you will find passionate and engaged faculty members, personally invested in their students’ professional, personal, and spiritual development. Whether receiving an undergraduate degree, master’s degree, or minor, our graduates learn to professionally and empathetically lead people in the modern workplace.
