Joseph Marcos, EdD, has been affiliated with Azusa Pacific University since 2001. He has been a physical education teacher/athletic director and baseball coach at Don Lugo High School in Chino, California, for 38 years. In addition, he is dedicated to equipping students with practical leadership strategies in sport and athletic administration with a Christian perspective. He is interested in strengths-based leadership research and is the coordinator for the Mt. Baldy League.
