Account holds are tools that we use to remind students of a required action they have yet to complete, or to help us interact with a student’s account appropriately. If you see a hold on your account, click on the hold icon at home.apu.edu for a description of the hold and instructions.
All holds will prevent some action on your student account. Please read the descriptions carefully and follow the instructions fully. If you have any questions, contact the Student Services Center at (888) 549-3274 or the Business Office at (626) 815-4694 or Ext. 4746.
