WHO:
Azusa Pacific University invites the Azusa and Glendora communities to celebrate the homecoming of Olympic gold medalist and APU alumnus Bryan Clay.

WHAT:
Azusa Mayor Joseph Rocha and Glendora Mayor Karen Davis, along with APU President Jon Wallace, will give proclamations to welcome home Bryan and Sarah Clay during halftime at the APU football game v. Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Admission to the game is free for Azusa and Glendora residents with proof of residency.

Clay, who earned a Bachelor of Social Work from APU in 2003, is the 2008 Olympic decathlon gold medalist. He took home the silver in the decathlon in the 2004 Games in Athens. Clay scored a personal best 8,832 points at the 2008 Olympic Trials.
