Biography

Bob is an executive search and management consultant with an unrelenting passion for organizations where missions are achieved and people can thrive. Prior to his work in executive search, Bob served in leadership roles for various non-profits in California and Arizona, including churches, counseling centers, and emergency shelters. He began his work with executive search in 1999 and subsequently launched his own firm in 2002, focusing on the Southern California homebuilding industry. His executive search and management consulting clients have included Fortune 100 companies, government entities, Christian non-profits, and family-owned businesses.
