- From the Welcome page, click on the "Create My Account" link at the bottom.
- Fill out the information required per each screen and click the button at the bottom of each screen to go to the next step.
You can fill out the entire online application in one sitting or opt to save your information at the end of each step. To save your application and finish it later, make sure you've completed all required fields, then scroll down the page and click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom right. You may then close your browser window.
Note: Your application account will remain active for one year from the date of your last sign in. Although you may receive emails from us, your application information will not be released to our office for processing until you have completed your application.
- Go to Welcome page.
- Enter your online application account information in the "Returning Applicants" section on the right.
- Next, click the "Sign In" button to continue your application.
- Go to Welcome page.
- Click on the "Forgot My Password" link.
