Coursework

Coursework for the MFT covers topics like theories of psychotherapy, addiction, child and family therapy, psychobiology and pharmacology, and Christian spiritual formation and psychotherapy.

Core coursework for the MFT totals 63-66 units, which includes the Gottman Couples Level 1 Certificate. Students may also add the 3 unit LPCC course and, upon completion of MFT coursework, add the 11 unit Substance Use Disorder Certificate.
