Helping You Make the Most of APU
An international student is an individual of foreign nationality who will be entering, or has already entered, the United States with a student visa. Students already residing in the United States and holding other nonimmigrant visas (E2, H2, or L2, for example) are also considered international students. Permanent residents of the United States, naturalized U.S. citizens, and U.S. citizens residing abroad and attending school outside the United States are not considered international students. Review the freshman or transfer application requirements.
If you’re an international student, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions, International Student Engagement, and International Student Compliance can help you with everything from enrolling in classes to discovering how to make the most of your time at APU.
