Paul Shrier, PhD, came to Azusa Pacific University’s School of Theology from Canada with a background in economics and financial advising. He spent five years as an adjunct professor at APU before joining the faculty full time. Shrier’s areas of expertise include practical theology as it relates to the integration of faith in daily life and social issues, economics, and science. He has written and presented on a variety of topics pertaining to AA recovery programs, Christians in the workplace, and theology in stem cell research.
