The Media Production team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and our goal is to enhance teaching and learning while improving productivity through technology and information resources. Media Production also provides the equipment and expertise needed to integrate new technologies to enable Azusa Pacific University to excel.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

–Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)

Media Production provides various levels of technology for a wide scope of needs and events. Whatever you may be planning—from a simple sound system to a professional recording of a special lecture to a full-fledged concert—Media Production can help you find the best solution to fit your needs, all with excellent customer service and the highest possible quality.

If you are planning an event of any kind on campus that may require any use of media equipment, Media Production requires that you complete a Media Request Form, which is designed to gather information about what you are planning on doing and where so that Media Production can determine the equipment you may need. Be as detailed as possible, and prior to completing this form, ensure that you have reserved the room with Dining Services.

Per the Media Request Service Agreement, all media requests must be submitted by the following deadlines:

  • Classroom and administrative events: 4 business hours prior to start of event
  • Events: 2 weeks1
  • Video production: 2 weeks2

For more information, including qualifications for the above categories, consult the complete Media Request Service Agreement (PDF). You may also view any of the following for more information on specific types of events:
