Gary Lemaster, Ph.D., is a professor in Azusa Pacific University's School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences. His courses focus on organizational behavior, leading organizational change, and group dynamics. His interests and expertise include leadership, change, organizational culture, and organizational behavior. His professional experience includes serving as director of Employee Development and Worklife Programs for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space, and manager of Organization Development for Lockheed Martin Astronautics.
