WHAT:
The College Headed and Mighty Proud (C.H.A.M.P.) graduation ceremony is the closing event for a nine-week service-learning project that partners undergraduate Teacher Education majors with fourth grade students from the Azusa Unified School District (AUSD). Mariachi de Azusa’s will perform prior to the ceremony at 6 p.m.

FACTS:
Each year, the C.H.A.M.P. Program introduces the idea of college to around 700 fourth graders from six local schools in the Azusa Unified School District through various activities designed to help the younger students experience college life first-hand.
