Scholarship Information

Who is eligible for Friends Center scholarships?

Every Friends Center student at Azusa Pacific Seminary may receive scholarship assistance. A Friends Center student is someone serving or attending a Friends Church, taking courses through Azusa Pacific Seminary at Azusa Pacific University, and under the academic advisement of the Friends Center director.

What are the expectations of a Friends Center student receiving scholarship assistance?

Friends Center students are expected to represent the Friends Center at fundraising events.

Master’s degree students are also expected to incorporate the two Friends courses into their degree programs. These courses include:

  • GTHE 553 Evangelical Friends History: Birth, Growth, and Organization
  • GTHE 554 Friends Theology, Worship, and Leadership

How much scholarship support can a Friends Center student receive?
