Todd Pheifer, EdD
Director of Accreditation, Assessment, and Grants; Associate Professor
Todd Pheifer, EdD, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of business ethics, organizational behavior, and leadership development. Pheifer has a diverse background in higher education, corporate leadership, and non-profit management. Prior to joining the School of Business and Management, he taught for the College Counseling and Student Development program. In a prior phase of his career, Pheifer served as a Residence Director for APU. He is the author of Business Ethics: The Search for an Elusive Idea, and has extensive experience in policy development, strategic planning, and grant writing.
