Shalom Alaichamy, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working at several university counseling centers, most recently at the Claremont Colleges in California. He also worked for over 20 years at SIL International, a Christian non-profit organization serving minority language groups, where he continues to consult and develop tools to support leaders and improve workplace wellbeing. His clinical and research interests include leadership training, employee motivation, relationship conflict, sexual trauma, and spirituality. As a teacher and a therapist, he is deeply motivated to support people in their journey of personal discovery and professional growth.
