LaShan Epperson, DBA, has more than 25 years of progressive business management experience encompassing employee lifecycle management, employee training and development, and operations management. Over the years, Epperson grew an understanding of the dynamics associated with people development in the workplace and now explores how people engage in professional growth strategies. Epperson is passionate about making the classroom learning environment challenging, creative, innovative, and fun, and she strives to ensure that each contributor feels valued and often adjusts to align the learning experience to simulate what can be anticipated beyond academics.
