Video Introduction

David Dunaetz, PhD, is a social psychologist whose research focuses on interpersonal processes in organizations. He was also a church-planting missionary in France for 17 years. He is especially interested in interpersonal conflicts in Christian organizations such as churches and missions. These conflict processes can either increase or decrease an organization’s effectiveness in carrying out its mission, depending on how the conflict is managed. His ultimate goal is to help Christians better love and serve God and one another in whatever organizations they find themselves.
