Edgar L. Gill, Ed.D., has spent the majority of his adult life employed as an educator, serving initially as a teacher intern before progressing through the ranks of K–12 education to the office of superintendent. After his retirement from K–12 education in June 2001, he embarked upon a new and challenging career in higher education.
