Phone: (256) 431-2684
Emily Snider Andrews teaches Music in Worship at Azusa Pacific, and is deeply committed to the corporate worship life of the Christian church. She invests in training and assisting church leaders to help their congregations worship deeply, with theological, biblical, and pastoral wisdom; to that end, she is a candidate for the Ph.D. in Christian Worship at Fuller Theological Seminary. For Andrews, the academy is never far from her service to the local church. She has maintained an active role in various music ministries, serving congregations in Alabama, Texas, and California, now serving as pastor of worship and music at First Baptist Church, Glendale. Andrews is an ordained minister, and her research interests include studies of Baptist worship, and intersections of music and theology. She has published worship resources and articles on music and worship.

She is married to Matt, who is also an ordained minister. She and Matt enjoy fulfilling their vocational callings together, helping congregations worship, serve, and grow in Christ-following so that the Kingdom of God may flourish in our world.
