THIS YEAR: Senior Capree Bell returns to the track after sitting out the 2007 season ... As she regains her past form, could push for All-America recognition in the heptathlon ... Also competitive in the high jump.
2007: Sat out the indoor and outdoor seasons of the 2007 campaign while nursing an injury.
2006: Earned her first-ever All-America honor by finishing fourth in the heptathlon (4505) at the NAIA Outdoor Championships in Fresno, Calif ... Won the GSAC title in the 100-meter hurdles (15.27) while also scoring in the 200, high jump and long jump.
2005: Qualified for the NAIA Championships in the pentathlon (indoor) and heptathlon (outdoor), finishing eighth in the heptathlon (4,574) staged in Louisville, Ky. Was ninth in the pentathlon (3,053) but was second after 4 events Also qualified for the NAIA outdoor high jump, finishing 14th among 26 competitors At the GSAC championships in Azusa, was second in the 100 hurdles (15.64) and sixth in the high jump (5 2Ό).
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in 4 seasons of track & field for coach Brad Abbott at Centennial High in Boise, Ida. Was a 3-time Idaho state champ in the high jump, including her 2001 freshman season when she won with a clearance of 5 2 Won it again as a 2002 sophomore and 2004 senior with jumps of 5 4 As a 2003 junior was the state runner-up in the 100-meter high hurdles (15.05) and was fifth in the 300 hurdles (47.26) Competed in the 2002 USAT&F Junior Olympics in Omaha, Neb., in the 100-meter hurdles Also lettered 2 seasons in basketball and swimming.
