HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in football and track and field for the same coach Jim Burton at Troy High in Fullerton, Calif. … Was a member of the Freeway League championship team that went 5-0 (12-1 overall) his 2006 junior season … Named to the All-Freeway League second-team both as a 2007 senior and a 2006 junior … Also lettered 2 years for track and field (throws).

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 13, 1990, in Denville, N.J. … Parents are Gary and Carol Tucker … Has 2 brothers (Kevin, Greg) … Has not declared a major, but would like to be a teacher or youth pastor after graduation … Enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding.
