No. 27 – Nick Tezak
THIS YEAR: A hard-working redshirt freshman, Nick Tezak will use his speed to compete for a spot on the 2-deep while learning the dynamics of the defense.
2008: Redshirted his first season at Azusa Pacific, attending classes and working out with the team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a multi-sport athlete for the Eagles who played on both sides of the line for head coach Tim Tramp ... Played supporting roles at wide receiver and defensive back and on special teams for an Eagle squad that advanced to the 2007 CIF playoffs... Standout sprinter and long jumper, competing 4 years in track & field under head coach Judd Hunter ... Posted career bests of 11.94 (100m) and 24.91 (200m) ... Also played varsity basketball (guard) for head coach Tom Roys.
