HIGH SCHOOL: Played his 2005 varsity season of football at Kalani High in Honolulu ... Missed all but 2 games with an injury ... Played his first 2 seasons at Washington High in Cherokee, Iowa ... Also excelled in baseball where he put together an excellent 4-year varsity career ... Was a 2-time all-conference honoree at Washington High ... At Kalani, named all-conference and all-state honorable mention as a junior and senior ... Also lettered in basketball and was the Falcons’ top scorer (11.8) as a senior.
