THIS YEAR: Another in a long line of offensive linemen with experience, redshirt sophomore Mike Loumagne is a versatile player that offers flexibility along the front line.

2007: As a 2007 redshirt freshman appeared in 4 games along the Cougar offensive front, all in a reserve role.

2006: Redshirted his first season at Azusa Pacific.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played 3 seasons of varsity football for his father, head coach Steve Loumagne, at Western Christian High in Covina, Calif. ... Started all 21 Lancer games his final 2 seasons, playing on both sides of the ball ... As a 2005 senior earned All-Christian League first team honors ... Was a prep teammate of current Cougar Eric Beaton.

PERSONAL: Born March 4, 1988, in Upland, Calif., to Steve (teacher) and Carol Loumagne ... Has an older brother (Greg) and 2 sisters (Sara, Megan) ... His dad is an assistant coach of the Cougar coaching staff ... Majoring in business.
