HIGH SCHOOL: Played 2 seasons of varsity football for head coach Scott Donegan at state power Chowchilla (Calif.) High … Was a regular on the Redskins’ offensive and defensive lines and a key member of 2 East Sequoia League champions who went 22-4 during Carlton’s junior and senior seasons … Was a 2-time All-East Sequoia League pick ... During his 2005 senior season, tallied 53 tackles (32 solo) that included 3 sacks … Best game came in a 49-6 victory over Selma High when he tallied 8 tackles (4 solo) … Had 5 tackles, including a pair of sacks, in a win over Dos Palos High … Chowchilla won the 2004 CIF Division IV Central Section championship in 2004 and returned to the title game in 2005.
