THIS YEAR: A terrific athlete, Jeremiah Andujo is an experienced true-sophomore who will press for a starting berth at the slot ... Has been noted for his explosive speed that makes him a valuable commodity as a kick returner.

2008 (freshman): Appeared in all 10 Cougar games during his 2008 freshman season, primarily as a kick returner, but did come off the bench on occasion to fill a reserve role as a receiver ... Was second on the team with 14 kickoff returns, averaging 18.4 yards ... Also returned 4 punts, averaging a team-high 9.2 yards ... Had a season-bests of 36-yard kickoff return, which set up an eventual TD, and 18-yard punt return, both vs. West Texas A&M.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a 3-time All-Mesa League selection at Eastlake High in Chula Visa, Calif., playing for head coach John Macfadden ... As a 2007 senior led the Titans to the Mesa League title and an 8-3 record (No. 1 seed in CIF Division I playoffs in San Diego) by rushing for 550 yards, tallying 350 receiving yards (16.5 avg./catch) and collecting over 200 yards in punt returns (12.5 avg/return) ... Scored 16 TDs ... As a defensive back recorded 25 tackles and 1 interception ... Named team MVP and "iron man" ... Earned a spot in the Alex Spanos San Diego County All-Star Game ... Also given the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar-Student-Athlete Award while being named to the San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic Team as a receiver ... As a 2006 junior rushed for 900 yards and collected over 600 receiver yards to go along with 12 TDs ... Led the Titans to a 9-4 record and the semifinals of the CIF playoffs ... Named team MVP and Eastlake Fall Sports Player of the Year ... As a 2005 sophomore, rushed for 700 yards while tallying 320 receiving yards and 3 TDs to earn all-league second team recognition ... As a 2004 freshman, called up to the varsity squad late in the season and appeared in 2 games ...
