Baseball Recruiting Information
Welcome to Azusa Pacific baseball and thank you for your interest in becoming a Cougar.
- Azusa Pacific University is an evangelical Christian liberal arts university with an undergraduate student body enrollment of more than 4,000 students.
- The university is located in Azusa, California, in the Los Angeles area, about 20 miles east of Pasadena against the San Gabriel Mountains.
- APU plays competitive baseball in the NAIA, which has a national playoff system.
- APU is a charter member of the Golden State Athletic Conference and has won a record nine GSAC championships, including the 2007 crown.
- APU has produced five Major League Baseball players with five alumni drafted since 2002.
- APU has appeared in three NAIA World Series, including in 2007 where the Cougars finished fifth in the nation.
