Welcome to APU’s online Billing and Payment System. APU maintains an online Billing and Payment System that enables all APU students—undergraduate, professional, and graduate—to receive ebills and make online payments through a secure website.
Students and/or parents can also use our online Billing and Payment System to deposit money into an account called Cougar Bucks, which students can use at all Dining Services venues, the Campus Store, library printers, and selected vending machines around campus.

Pay With Your Credit or Debit Card
In an effort to make paying for your education as easy and convenient as possible, Azusa Pacific University accepts credit and debit card payments through our online Billing and Payment System.
- Payments by credit or debit card to your student account through our online Billing and Payment System are subject to a service fee amounting to 2.75% or 4.25% of the amount of the payment. (The 2.75% service fee is charged and collected by our third party vendor. International credit cards are assessed 4.25%. The fee is not paid to APU.)
- Azusa Pacific University continues to accept payments in person at the Student Services Center by cash or check that do not incur a service fee.
- Credit and debit card transactions at on-campus retail establishments do not include a service fee. Payments to your student account cannot be made at on-campus retail establishments.
